Is it legal for a co-signer on a mortgage to place a lien on other person on same mortgage in the state of KS?

x-wife placed lien on property that she also is on the mortgage for. court granted me property in divorce but legally she is still on the mortgage and title. tried to sell house but have $9000 lien on title and can't give free and clear title. not enough capital gain from sale of house to pay this off with.

Well in my opinion I respect the Beatles for what they did to advance rock. Some of their stuff is boring and most people would call it stupid if it was from any other band, but I can't help but love some of those songs. I am going to GYLC in the summer and we get to choose which sites in new york we want to visit. I have narrowed my choices down to two: the Empire State Building or Ellis Island.
