90 prelude.... it rotate but wont start...?

main relay- changed.., how do you check reset the ecu, beside removing the battery (-) off.... I HAD THE ENGINE REMOVE SO I CAN EASY ACCESS THE PUSH ROD BEARING, every thing when good and timing is on the TDC point... prefect.. that engine was running strong.. now it only rotate.... it wont fire up... im thinking no power to the spark , and no power to the injector... i didnt check it yet... help. at any short cut,,, the 8.5 mechanic. out 10... rate.. that me baby..
