I am getting a hymenotomy/hymenectomy and I heard that you get hung by the ceilling.... Is this true?...?

My doctor told me to try and do some research on the subject, and one of the post I came across said that you are suspended from the ceiling almost up-side-down so that the doctor can have more convenient access. I am pretty sure that the person was just pulling the collective readers legs but... There is always the chance. Any answers are appreciated!! Thank you!!
