you will probably feel really hungry and possibly make yourself ill, why not just spread out what you're eating? Bran flakes for breakfast and then eat a banana and yogurt for lunch and have a dinner, under 400kcals is ridiculous if you ask me when your rda is like 2000kcals.. this wont be loosing weight, itll be making your body suffer from sufficient needs like vitamins and you'll become ill.
