Does he like me or its just a coincidence?

This guy in my geography cl sits behind me and constantly pokes me or pulls my hair gently and then looks away as if it wasnt him. Af first I thought he was just being a menance and was making fun of me , but whenever Im in the corridor he smiles at me nicely and says hi. In cl one day my teacher accidenlty forgot to hand me back my report and he reminded her about it. I do like him but I've never told anyone. The last day when I was walking in the hall , he was standing with some lads by the wall and one of the lads said to me would I go out with him while he was standing right there. I was surprised because I had never let on about liking him and never really thought he liked me. Does he like me or was it just a coincidence?
