LOVE BIRDS HELP ASAP !!!!!!!?

okay so i got home today and diddnt see my love birds till about 6.30 or 7.00 i realised one of the was not moving its legs or body it was alive but in a paralised like state i googled it and it said the bird was too cold so i placed the birds in a waarmer area and put a blanket and thick towel over the cage i the bird has unfluffed its feathers but hasnt improved his getting worse , please help !!!
