Watch out... i am tryng to cook again.?

i have 40 pounds of boneless skinless chicken . i have frozen most and i thaw three at a time. and cook one a day for my sandwhich. do you think i could cook three at a time and keep a couple in the fridge? would they get nasty? how long can they sit if cooked?
